  • Regarding the products to be returned, Kodgem Technology LTD acts within the framework of the "Consumer Protection Law".

  • Each product sold through Kodgem Technology Can be returned within 14 (fourteen) days if its originality does not deteriorate.

  • Returns must be made with the original box and packaging.

  • We do not refund from Kodgem Straight products that were purchased not on kodgemstraight.com website.

  • In cases that comply with the return conditions, the buyer can make the shipment with the cargo company that Kodgem Technology works with and the cargo return number to be given to the customer after the request for return is received by us. Cargo return number should be requested via the email address help@kodgemstraight.com. The shipping fee will be paid by the SELLER for return shipments made within specified periods. Products with or without a warranty certificate can be sent to the SELLER to make the necessary repairs within the warranty conditions, in which case delivery costs will be covered by the SELLER.

  • You must send a letter with the product or products you want to return together with the reason for return.

  • If the invoice of the product you want to return is institutional, the return invoice issued by the institution when returning should be sent with the product. The return invoice must be issued as (Unit Price of the Product + VAT) without including the cargo share. Order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of the institutions are not completed unless the "REFUND INVOICE" is issued.

  • As stated in the sales contract; Damage caused by delivery is compensated by Kodgem Technology.

  • For damages during transportation, the damaged package should not be accepted by the buyer and the report should be attached. If the delivery courier insists that there is no damage, the buyer reserves the right to open and check the package.

  • If the damaged package is received, it is deemed to have been accepted that the cargo company performs its duty without any problems.

All necessary information and directions regarding the product return can be found at this link. The order number must be specified in the correspondence.
